The Pick 'n' Mix Professional Development Programme offers non-accredited learning modules to make it quicker and easier than ever for your managers, team leaders, and other staff to develop the competencies and skills required to ensure high performance.
A high-impact programme, it minimises their time away from the workplace – and can even be conducted on site at your offices.
There are 34 modules within eight core titles to choose from and there are two possible approaches:
If you opt for the short, sharp approach, you can choose four modules from one title based on your identified needs. Or you can combine up to four modules from separate titles for a day-long programme.
Alternatively, you can opt for the intensive approach: choose one module for an in-depth introduction, followed by small 'action learning sets' that reinforce learning and establish a development action plan.
