Increasing employee and manager skills

The Pick 'n' Mix Professional Development Programme offers non-accredited learning modules to make it quicker and easier than ever for your managers, team leaders, and other staff to develop the competencies and skills required to ensure high performance.

A high-impact programme, it minimises their time away from the workplace – and can even be conducted on site at your offices.

There are 34 modules within eight core titles to choose from and there are two possible approaches:

If you opt for the short, sharp approach, you can choose four modules from one title based on your identified needs. Or you can combine up to four modules from separate titles for a day-long programme.

Alternatively, you can opt for the intensive approach: choose one module for an in-depth introduction, followed by small 'action learning sets' that reinforce learning and establish a development action plan.

How will it benefit your business?

If you put your employees through a Pick ‘n’ Mix Professional Development Programme, it will:

Enhance their skills: you'll improve the performance of your existing employees and you will be able to fill skills gaps without the need to recruit more staff.

Improve morale and productivity: your staff will be pleased to expand their skill set. By investing in them, you'll gain a more productive, motivated and loyal workforce.

Identify potential: you'll be able to identify which of your employees have more potential, which benefits both you and them. It will progress their career and offer further development opportunities.

Give your staff additional recognised qualifications: your employees' ability to do their jobs will be enhanced. Our qualifications are well recognised across all industry sectors.

Choosing your programme

You can create your own programme by choosing all four modules from a single title, or you can choose up to four modules from different titles.
